Meet Our Team

Nicholas graduated from Ohio State University in 2005. After being separated from the landscape industry for a short period, Nick decided to return in 2010 and start Cornwell Lawn and Landscaping. Nick resides in Upper Arlington with his wife, Gina, and two sons, William and Waylon. When he’s not working, he coaches his sons’ sports teams and spends time with his family.

Rob has over 25 years in the landscape and construction industry and has been a valued team member since 2011. He graduated from The University of Toledo in 2004 with a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering technology and a minor in business administration. Rob enjoys exploring the great outdoors with his two sons.

Tori is always willing to help others. She is a native of Columbus, OH, and graduated from Whetstone High School in 2012. Tori has over 10 years of experience in the customer service industry. Since she joined the team in 2018, she has helped the company grow in more ways than one. She enjoys spending time with her daughter, two sons, and three dogs in her free time.

Brendan joined the team in 2015 as a field service tech and has grown into a management role. He is an avid gamer and loves everything about nature and animals. When he’s not working, Brendan thrives on spending time with his daughter and being the best dad.

Kris is a 2009 Graduate of Whetstone High School and a native of Columbus, OH. Kris quickly worked his way up the ladder to become a manager. He has been a valued team member since 2016 and has over 13 years of experience in the landscape industry. He loves traveling with his family and caring for his three kids and dogs.

Bradley prides himself in knowing both sides of the field. He started on the team in 2017 as a Field Service Tech, then quickly moved into a Crew Lead position. Eventually, he worked his way up to account manager. Bradley has four beautiful children: three boys and one girl. He is also a proud Buckeye fan.

Mike serves on the Board of Trustees and volunteers with Rotary International Community Service Projects. He's a member and two-time past President of The Columbus Landscape Association. Mike has over 51 years of landscape design and installation experience and graduated from The Ohio State University in 1979 with a degree in Landscape Horticulture. He has designed projects that have exceeded $325,000 and supervised projects over $500,000. Mike received the Master Certification Accreditation and Design Award Winner from The Ohio Nursery and Landscape Association.

Chuck attended Ohio State University to study Landscape Horticulture. He has worked in the landscape field for 52 years and was previously the President of the Columbus Landscape Association. Chuck has been married for 49 years and has two children and seven grandchildren. His hobbies include motorcycling, shooting, and traveling.

Paul has worked in the Central Ohio market for over 15 years and has 21 years of experience in the Cornwell sales team. He is also a trained computer drafting and estimating expert and is Master Certified by the Ohio Green Industry Association. His expertise spans many disciplines within the industry, including hardscapes, plant installation and removal, tree removal, maintenance, drainage, and project management. Paul has the knowledge and experience to give your yard exactly what it needs.

Michael joined our team in 2014 and has over 14 years of landscaping experience. Starting as one of our laborers, he now proudly wears the title of the Lead Mechanic. At both work and home, Michael enjoys working on cars and engines. He also loves caring for his dog and hanging out with friends and family.

James started with us back in 2019 as a landscape foreman and after a few years, moved over to the lawn maintenance side leading a crew. He is a proud expert of both lawn maintenance and landscaping, but looks forward to learning more. James was promoted to Account Manager in the spring of 2024. When hes not working, he loves spending time with his wife and four kids. He also enjoys playing golf and video games.
